ZF Marine moves into new headquarters
MIRAMAR, Fla. — ZF Marine LLC has moved into a new North American headquarters in Miramar, the company reported in a release this week. The 60,000-square foot facility is located in the Miramar Center Business Park and nearly doubles the size of the company’s previous Fort Lauderdale location.
“Our product portfolio is expanding, making the move necessary,” General Manager Wolfgang Schmid said. “The new location, which is substantially closer to I-75, offers a better layout for processing customer orders and more functional office space. Internally, the move makes us more efficient. Externally, it allows us to serve our customers better.”
ZF Marine produces marine propulsion systems including transmissions, propellers, control systems, surface drives, POD drives and shaft brakes for all types of vessels.
