CSI presents excellence award to B&E Marine

MICHIGAN CITY, Ind. — Customer Service Intelligence Inc. recently presented B&E Marine with a Commendation for Excellence Award, CSI reported in a release. It was only the fourth time CSI has presented the award in 21 years, and the first to a marine industry client.

To earn the award, a CSI client must maintain a CSI rating of 98 percent or above for 24 consecutive months. B&E Marine accomplished this from 2006-2008 with a CSI rating of 100 percent for 14 of those months.

CSI President Becky Thompson and her son Ben presented the award to Rod and Barry Bensz of B&E Marine on March 19.
