Nautique forms alliance with water ski champion

ORLANDO, Fla. — Ski and wakeboard boat brand Nautique has formed a three-year strategic alliance with decorated water skier Andy Mapple, Nautique reported in a statement this week. Mapple has represented Nautique as a competitor for more than 25 years, winning 12 Pro Tour titles, 14 Masters, 14 US Opens, 15 Moomba Masters and earning 11 world records.

The deal will allow Mapple to assist Nautique with projects including product development, sales, marketing and customer service, the company said.

“Andy’s incredible experience is going to be a huge help to our Marketing and Product Development teams. Working together I am confident we will accomplish incredible things,” said Nautique President/CEO Bill Yeargin.
