Bertram Yachts improves its warranty program
MIAMI, Fla. – Bertram Yachts is extending its limited warranty, offering two years from date of purchase on manufacturer-built construction and five years for the yacht’s hull and fiberglass structural components, according to a recent statement from the company. This new two-year warranty period will apply to all 2009 and future Bertram yachts.
The new warranty program involves a process that starts with a new tracking program from Alpha Data Systems intended to facilitate faster claim processing, Bertram Yachts explained. Alpha Data Systems’ software platform was altered to fit the Bertram parts and claims process, allowing dealer service organizations to submit claims using the online platform.
