IDS to offer dealers online classes
RALEIGH, N.C. — Integrated Dealer Systems has launched a new online training program for dealership customers, allowing them to access the IDS Professional Services department without the extra costs related to travel, the company reported in a recent statement.
The online training classes are geared towards improving practices in the most difficult areas to master, including Payroll Setup, Accounts Payable, Custom Reports, Service Efficiency, and Daily Documents, according to the dealership management system provider.
“We want to help dealerships improve profitability and productivity without having to spend valuable time away from the dealership,” explained Sean Raynor, VP of sales and marketing for IDS.
