Monterey honors top CSI dealers
WILLISTON, Fla. – Monterey Boats is honoring its “Top Ten CSI Dealers” for excellence in customer satisfaction, the company said in a release yesterday.
The dealerships have achieved the highest scores in customer satisfaction over the past year, based on information provided by the National Marine Manufacturers Association CSI surveys returned from consumers purchasing a new boat.
“The extensive worldwide dealer network of Monterey Boats works tirelessly to achieve the highest customer satisfaction ratings possible,” said Monterey Co-Chairman Charles Marshall. “We are honored and proud of our dealer/partners for this achievement, and it recognizes their daily efforts to define excellence in sales and service.”
