Night Vision Technologies gets new owners
IRVING, Texas – Effective immediately, Night Vision Technologies, Inc. (NVTi) is employee-owned, the company reported in a recent statement. Bob Schnee was the company’s previous owner.
“We recognize an enormous potential for growth and innovation in this company,” said new CEO Scott Satine, who was previously general manager. “Look for NVTi to be a leader in both marine and land-based applications.”
“Our customers can also be assured of a firm commitment to service and support,” said Terry Taylor, who was recently appointed chief marketing officer. “They expect the highest level of integrity and we fully intend to deliver.”
NVTi’s physical address, telephone numbers, email addresses as well as administrative and support contact information will remain unchanged until further notice, according to the company.
NVTi designs and manufactures night/day vision systems for marine craft, offshore and land-based applications.
