Regulator dealers 100-percent certified

EDENTON, N.C. – With the final stamp of approval placed on its last dealership, Regulator Marine has become the first boat builder to have all of its dealers certified through the Marine Industry Certified Dealership program, the company said in a press release today.

Regulator worked hard to help its dealers become certified, assisting them through the process. The company also provided co-op dollars for half the expense of certification — in addition to future re-certifications.

“We are absolutely thrilled by the achievement of our dealers,” said Regulator President Joan Maxwell. “We firmly support this program as a company, and are very proud of each of our dealers and their hard work, effort and collective commitment to customer satisfaction.”

The company designated Customer Service Manager Cheryl Williams as its in-house liaison, and she took full ownership of the program, visiting dealers throughout the country and assisting them as needed through all phases of the program.
