More than 1,000 register for online trade show

BROOKLIN, Maine — More than 1,000 boat building professionals from more than 65 countries have registered to attend the first ProBoat Events Online trade show, “Marine Composites,” scheduled to go live on April 16 at 9:00 am, reported Professional BoatBuilder magazine in a statement this week.

“This is the first in a series of virtual marine trade events we have planned,” said Carl Cramer, publisher of Professional BoatBuilder magazine. “Each virtual show will offer free seminars hosted by industry experts and focus on a specific educational need of professional boat builders, and others allied to the field. The free exhibit hall will then present them with direct access to leading marine manufactures offering the most advanced products and processes currently available for boatbuilding. All of this at no cost, and from the comfort of their own desk.”

Boat builders throughout the world will have the ability to experience the four live seminar sessions during the first two days of the show, including a live question and answer segment. For those unable to get to their computer on April 16 or 17, the ProBoat Events Online “Marine Composites” seminar sessions and exhibit hall will remain available online, and on demand for 90 days, or until July 16. More information is available at www.proboateventsonline.com.

The second ProBoat Events Online virtual trade show for “Marine Systems” is scheduled to go live on May 13 and 14, organizers reported.
