Sugar Sand breaks monthly sales record
TORRANCE, Calif. – Orders for Execute Sports Inc.’s (OTCBB:EXCS) Sugar Sand line of boats totaled 35 boats or $703,000 in January, the company reported in a recent statement. This marks the highest monthly sales of Sugar Sand boats since the boat line was acquired from IMAR group in Dec. 2006.
Execute Sports, a company engaged in the design, manufacturing and sale of water sports products, received those orders through its marketing agent, Challenger Powerboats, Inc.
The orders were largely attributable to the company’s aggressive 2008 boat show schedule in which both Challenger’s sales staff and Sugar Sand’s dealer representative network presented and marketed their boats to consumers across the country, according to Execute Sports. The company’s 2008 boat show schedule is set to conclude with the Great Rockies Sports Show-Kalispell and the Tacoma Dome Boat Show in March 2008.
