Digital Antenna adds online store
SUNRISE, Fla. – Digital Antenna, Inc. has unveiled its new online store where customers can shop for parts and accessories for the company’s antennas and cellular boosters, the company said in a statement yesterday.
The newly launched store is the second phase of the company’s e-support program developed to provide customer service to end-users. Hundreds of replacement parts are now available for purchase online including coaxial cables, cellular booster accessories and marine antenna parts and accessories.
“Dealers benefit from our online resource by offering their customers easy access to hundreds of accessories without having to stock a multitude of part numbers,” said Joanne Johnson, vice president of operations. “Dealers also [are] able to refer customers to the online store for aftermarket purchases of specific parts for a completely customized installation.”
Products offered online are sold at list price and shipped within 24 hours.
The Web site’s e-support system includes a searchable knowledgebase, customer inquiry tracking system and step-by-step troubleshooting section. In addition, customers can download technical specifications, manuals, price lists, press releases and artwork as well as join an email list for new product updates and company information.
