AMI offers discounts to Clean Marinas
WARREN, R.I. – The Association of Marine Industries is providing Clean Marina owners and employees a 5-percent discount on all training available through the organization’s subsidiary training arm, the International Marina Institute, and on full-conference passes to the International Marina & Boatyard Conference 2008, AMI said in a press release yesterday.
“We encourage those who own and work at Clean Marinas to attend IMI’s training sessions and the IMBC for two reasons: these Clean Marina facilities will be able to get our message out to others in the industry and they will have a chance to participate in important marina-specific training,” said Wendy Larimer, coordinator for the Virginia Clean Marina Program at the Virginia Institute of Marine Science.
Applications for the AMI Clean Marina discount are available through local Clean Marina program headquarters or through AMI.
