Correct Craft developing its employees
ORLANDO, Fla. — The first 14 Correct Craft, Inc. employees have completed a new voluntary employee development program, the company reported in a recent statement.
The employees started this program on September 8 and finished it on October 12. During those six weeks, employees attended classes designed to improve their skills, spending time in each phase of the boat building process and learning about the important of quality, according to Correct Craft. The course content was developed and taught by members of the Correct Craft team, the company reported.
The program, from which the 14 employees have now graduated, is designed to offer those employees who choose to participate an opportunity to develop skills that will not only help them further their career but also benefit them for a lifetime, the boat builder stated. Correct Craft plans to start a second group of employees through the program within the next month.
“All of us at Correct Craft are committed to the concept of continuous improvement and this program is an important part of that effort,” commented Correct Craft President/CEO Bill Yeargin.
Correct Craft manufactures Nautique water ski and wakeboard boats and boats for recreational enjoyment.
