BRP launches E-TEC promotion
STURTEVANT, Wis. – BRP has launched a promotion for its Evinrude E-TEC engines that began yesterday and will run through the end of November, the company reported in a release Monday.
The “Power of 2” Evinrude E-TEC fall retail promotion presented by BRP will allow consumers the choice of receiving a discount or rebate of $2 per horsepower on the purchase of 115-hp or higher Evinrude E-TEC 2-stroke outboard engines (value up to $500); or receiving a 2-year extended protection plan for a total 5-years of coverage.
“Our fall promotion offers consumers a great opportunity to purchase a low maintenance Evinrude E-TEC outboard and realize the advantages this technology offers,” said Mike Kennedy, vice president, North American sales, Outboard Engines at BRP. “For those boaters who have been waiting for a good value, our extended coverage or money back option presents an ideal time to re-power with an engine that will maximize their time on the water.”
The promotion is offered in the United States and Canada on model year 2005 to 2008 Evinrude E-TEC outboard engines purchased between Oct. 15, 2007 and Nov. 30, 2007. To take part in the offer, consumers must visit a participating Evinrude dealer.
