FLIBS sells out

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Exhibit space at the 48th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show has sold out, show producer Show Management said in a press release yesterday.

On-land booths, spaces and in-water slips comprise more than 3.2 million sq. ft. of saleable space throughout the show’s six presentation venues.

Producers confirmed the waiting list for participation remains extensive, pointing to a continued demand to grow the already widespread show wherever possible.

Currently, FLIBS is a more than $2 billion marketplace with more than 1,000 exhibitors featuring close to 1,600 new and brokered vessels (including superyachts, motor yachts, sport fishers, cruisers, go-fast, high performance, flats boats, personal watercrafts, etc.) throughout six sites: Bahia Mar Yachting Center, Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, Hall of Fame Marina, Las Olas Marina, Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel & Yacht Club and Hyatt Pier 66 Hotel & Marina.

This year’s event will take place Oct. 25-29.
