Create a pot of gold

Harborside Yacht Sales (Ranked 29 in 2006) begins each year with a $10,000 incentive bonus that rewards employees for avoiding product damage. Each time damage occurs, money is taken out of the pot, and what remains at the end of the year is then distributed.
