Software companies add new follow-up feature

CARY, Ill. – DockMaster, Rainmaker, Watch Captain, and Total Control Software have added to their software systems the ability for their dealer clients to send customer names from their databases to Customer Service Intelligence (CSI), Inc. with the click of a button, the follow-up system provider reported in a recent statement.

These four software providers join Integrated Dealer Systems, who was already offering this new feature, CSI added.

This development is particularly significant because the Grow Boating Initiative’s Dealer Certification requires that all service and sales delivery transactions are followed up within seven days, and that a tracking system be in place, the company suggested.

Customer Service Intelligence, Inc. is endorsed by the Marine Retailers Association of America.
