New Era Marketing acquires Fearless Yachts
MIAMI – New Era Marketing (OTC BB:NEMK.OB) has completed the acquisition of boat builder Fearless Yachts, LLC through a reverse merger, it reported in a statement yesterday.
Fearless Yachts, LLC has become a wholly owned subsidiary of New Era Marketing in exchange for all issued and outstanding membership interests in Fearless Yachts. In conjunction with the reverse merger, Jeffrey Binder was appointed as a director of the company as well as its chief executive officer. The company has relocated its principal executive offices to 927 Lincoln Road, Suite 200 in Miami, Fla.
“Becoming a publicly traded company will provide us with greater access to capital and the financial markets as well as increased exposure for our custom luxury line of high-speed motorboats and yachts,” commented Binder. “We are eager to begin operations as a public entity and believe these benefits will serve as a catalyst for the tremendous growth that we plan to experience in the coming years.”
Fearless Yachts, in collaboration with a design studio, has developed a line of high-speed luxury motorboats and luxury high-performance yachts that will be featured at the Miami Boat show this February, according to the company.
