Taylor Made expands IBEX exhibit
GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. – Taylor Made Group – which typically is one of the largest exhibitors at the annual International Boatbuilders’ Exhibition — has expanded its booth to 3,000 square feet, holding more than 50 products and systems, the company reported in a recent statement. IBEX opens tomorrow at the Miami Convention Center.
“This year, we have considerably expanded our product line and at IBEX we will be exhibiting the largest number of new offerings and innovations in company history,” said Mike Oathout, vice president of sales and marketing for Taylor Made Systems.
Among the products to be showcased are Eclipse windshields, a new line of contoured windshields for sportboats; an improved and upgraded Integrated Tower System for wakeboard boats and hardtop applications; the Link Latch, a new latch mechanism for walk-thru doors; an improved Ultra III hatch assembly; an ISO-compliant fixed laminated hull glass system; the patented M3 Canvas System for stainless-steel windshields; Trend Marine’s Pantograph (pop-out) door; Blue Riband Signature Port Lights; Trend’s glass screen printing process; and Water Bonnet’s new Concept windshield featuring a patent-pending ball and socket joint.
The Taylor Made Group consists of Taylor Made Systems, a supplier of windshields, glass and canvas systems as original equipment manufactured (OEM) products to boatbuilders, Trend Marine Products – a supplier of marine glazing systems for luxury yachts in Europe, Water Bonnet Manufacturing, Inc. – a developer of windshields and windows for the marine market, and Taylor Made Products – a supplier of fenders, buoys, boat covers and other aftermarket accessories for the boating market.
