OAK PARK, Ill. - The Lake Erie Marine Trades Association will offer free round-trip airfare to all their members who desire to attend the Marine Retailers Association of America's Convention this fall in Las Vegas, LEMTA said yesterday in a release.
The MRAA convention will be held Nov. 13-15 at the Rio All Suite Hotel & Casino. The convention will be followed by the Boating Industry Top 100 Dealer presentation.
This is the third consecutive year LEMTA has provided a free ride to the MRAA convention. Last year 21 LEMTA members took advantage of the offer.
"We believe the MRAA convention is an excellent venue for learning and participating in what's happening in our industry," said Bruce Robert, LEMTA chairman. "Our free air fare offer is designed to encourage members to attend.
"LEMTA is to be commended for their offer to its members," said Phil Keeter, MRAA president. "The support of the local, state, and regional MTA's is important to the overall success of the convention and LEMTA has always been a leader in their support."
