Ocean Technologies acquires PSI Surface Drives
POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Ocean Technologies recently purchased all of the assets of Pulse Drive Systems International, it reported in a recent statement.
The newly structured company will be reintroducing the PSI Surface Drive with a number of enhancements, it said.
“We’ve gone through some extensive changes recently and are now ready with a redesigned and styled surface drive to be built in our new production facility under new management,” said Paul LaCarubba.
Under the new management structure, marine industry veterans LaCarubba and Tony Mills will undertake the majority of the company’s responsibility, according to the company, which is currently seeking new dealers, reps and OEMs.
