East Coast dealership changes name
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — President and CEO of Staten Island Yacht Sales, Frank Bongiorno, says the company has officially changed it’s name from Staten Island Boat Sales to Staten Island Yacht Sales and has rolled out a new look including a refreshed logo, new ad campaign and new Web site for 2006, the company reported in a recent release.
“After 40 years in this business, the new name and look more appropriately describes the products we represent and the services we provide to our customers,” Bongiorno said.
Staten Island Yacht Sales has three on-water locations in Staten Island N.Y., Freeport, Long Island and New Gretna, N.J. Bongiorno is also president of Palm Beach based Trio Marine Group, which represents Cruisers Yachts, Carver Yachts and Marquis in the Southeast Florida region.
Staten Island Yacht Sales has received numerous accolades the past year including the largest dealer worldwide for Carver Yachts, Silverton and Marquis. It has also expanded its dealer territory and was named the new Cruisers Yachts dealer for select portions on New York and Connecticut. The company’s Viking and Viking Sport Cruisers dealership territory was also expanded to include exclusivity in New York and Long Island.
