Galati Yacht Sales earns Dealer Certification
ANNA MARIA, Fla. – Galati Yacht Sales has become one of the first dealers to complete the Grow Boating Campaign’s Dealer Certification program and is now the largest certified dealer in the nation, it reported in a recent statement.
Dealer Certification was developed by 5 Star Solutions on behalf of the National Marine Manufacturers Association and Marine Retailers Association of America as part of the marine industry’s Grow Boating Campaign.
The certification process provides a stringent criteria of best practices that will be used to “raise the bar” on interaction between retailers and consumers, the dealership stated. Dealer Certification included implementation of a Consumer Bill of Rights, a Matrix of Best Practices, and an independent audit of dealer practices and facilities.
Galati Yacht Sales said it immediately embraced the program, recognizing the value to both the consumer and the marine industry. It “fit perfectly into Galati Yachts’ current business practices and company ethics,” including its mission to consistently exceed customers’ expectations, the company stated.
