Port Harbor Marine acquires boat store

ROCKPORT, Maine – Multiple location boat dealership Port Harbor Marine has expanded through the acquisition of Wayfarer Harbor Marine’s boat store, according to an article today in the Bangor Daily News.

The store, which opened for the first time under its new owners on Sept. 1, will continue to employ the same staff and may be expanded, according to the newspaper.

The 8,400-square-foot location features a showroom, parts store, and service/detailing shop, and will soon have Sea Ray, Grady White and other boat lines added to its inventory, the newspaper reported.

Port Harbor Marine told the newspaper the expansion will allow it to offer customers better prices on boats and supplies.

The Wayfarer marina in Camden will not be affected, the newspaper added.
