Tigé proud of CSI scores
ABILENE, Texas – Tigé Boats has achieved a score of more than 92 percent overall customer satisfaction for the first quarter of 2005, according to National Marine Manufacturing Association customer satisfaction index information, Tigé reported in a recent release.
Over 92 percent of customers who bought an inboard boat during the first quarter of ’05 reported complete satisfaction with their boat, engine and general experience at their Tigé dealer. This score places Tigé well above the average mark for inboard boat manufacturers who participate in the NMMA CSI program, Tigé said.
The company recorded over 91 percent overall boat satisfaction, more than 93 percent overall engine satisfaction and above 92 percent overall dealer satisfaction – all scores either at or exceeding the CSI program average for all boat manufacturers, according to Tigé.
The company said it utilizes feedback from its customers and dealer network when designing modifications for new product.
Tigé 24V is honored
In a separate release, the company said the Tigé 24V had received a 2005 “Award for Product Excellence” from Powerboat Magazine, specifically, the award for “Outstanding Tow Boat Performance.”
Tigé said the magazine evaluated the Tigé 24V in many categories including: construction, workmanship, performance, watersports performance, handling, engineering, innovation and comfort.
The company says it has dramatically increased its presence in the inboard market over the past five years due to its patented ConvexV hull and TAPS2 technologies.
