Malibu wins fourth-straight award
MERCED, Calif. – The new Malibu Wakesetter VLX was selected as the 2005 “Tow Boat of the Year” at the annual PowerBoat Magazine awards banquet, Malibu said in a recent release.
The honor marked the fourth-consecutive “Tow Boat of the Year” award for Malibu, and 16th product excellence award, Malibu reported.
Malibu Boats said it has taken home nine “Tow Boat of the Year” awards over the last decade and eleven since 1992.
“The ‘Tow Boat of the Year’ award provides well deserved recognition for the employee-owners at Malibu Boats,” Paul Singer, Malibu Boats VP of sales and marketing, said. “This award is a big pat on the back for a job well done.”
