ARB forms new company
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – ARB Marine Group has formed a company called Global Marine Group LLC, for the distribution, sales and service of Uniesse, Baia and Mustang boats throughout North America, ARB said in a recent release.
ARB Marine group is headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and is also the parent of Allied Richard Bertram Yachts, Inc. Allied currently has nine locations in Florida that provide sales and service for Benetti, Azimut, Bertram and Tiara yacht products.
Global and Allied will be operating as autonomous subsidiaries of ARB under separate management organizations. ARB said it is planning to add additional highly-valued marine companies across the U.S.
The company said more information would be available in the upcoming months as it further expands the presence of the manufacturers throughout the U.S.
