Strictly Sail Pacific expects 300 exhibitors
OAKLAND, Calif. – Strictly Sail Pacific, the largest all-sail boat show on the West Coast, will showcase 100 boats and feature 300 exhibitors April 13-17 at Oakland’s Jack London Square, show organizers reported recently.
Two American sailors who have captured international headlines – round-the-world racer Bruce Schwab and Olympic Gold medalist Kevin Burnham – will also be on hand to offer full-day seminars.
“Each year we work hard to strike the right balance, between being an extensive marketplace and a place for sailors to find inspiration,” said Scot West, executive director of show organizer Sail America. “This year, we’ll fill the docks and tents with boats and gear and product experts; we’ll host seminars and special events. But Bruce Schwab and Kevin Burnham and full-day seminars add something new and exciting to the mix.”
