Bellport Group is acquired
SAN FRANCISCO – One hundred percent of the stock of marina operator Bellport Group Inc. has been acquired by Ambassadors International Inc. (AMIE), the buyer reported on Tuesday.
The company said the deal included a 12-month option to purchase a 34-percent interest in Bellport Japan, according to CBS MarketWatch.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
