Volvo Penta appoints manufacturer’s rep

CHESAPEAKE, Va. – Volvo Penta of the Americas, Inc. has appointed Midwest Outdoor Marketing, Inc. as manufacturer’s representative for its QL Marine Accessories line throughout the Midwestern U.S., the company reported in a release today.

“QL Marine Accessories by Volvo Penta offer our customers an extensive line of selected accessories from bow and stern thrusters to our new, high-tech, electronic trim tab system,” said Ed Monacchio, vice president of Volvo Penta’s Parts and Accessories business.

Midwest Outdoor Marketing, Inc., is headquartered in Camdenton, Mo., and was founded in 1986.

“We believe that the addition of QL Marine accessories to our portfolio of products will both enhance our offerings and expose the QL brand to a new audience of customers,” said Dennis Spaulding, one of the founders of Midwest Outdoor Marketing.
