Info-Link predicts 6-percent growth for 2004
MIAMI – Info-Link’s November Bellwether Report – an examination of retail registration data in select major-boating states – indicates a steady year-over-year growth rate, the company reported in a press release this morning.
“Though there is more noise in the data looking at individual winter months in isolation, the November Bellwether Report indicates a ‘steady-as-she-goes’ rate of boat sales,” said Jesse Wells, director of Sales & Marketing at Info-Link. “Next month’s 12-month rolling report for the overall 15 ft-plus powerboat category will likely show somewhere around 6 percent growth in 2004 compared to 2003.”
