Kellogg dealer show sets records

OLD LYME, Conn. – Kellogg Marine Supply set sales and attendance records at its dealer trade show held at Mohegan Sun Resort in Uncasville, Conn., Nov. 17-19, the company reported in a recent press release.

The show hosted 2,200 people from over 750 dealerships in the U.S. and abroad. Several awards were given out to recognize the “mutual successes shared by Kellogg and its partners,” the company said.

The “Manufacturer of the Year” award went to The Taylor Made Group of Gloversville, N.Y., the “Representative Group” winner was CGW Associates of Scituate, Mass. and the “Representative of the Year” award went to Alison Berka-Bennett of 3M Marine Trades, Kellogg said.

A special achievement award was also presented to retiring marine veteran Glen Hood for his many years of service in the marine industry.

Kellogg said 190 booths displaying products and accessories from over 300 vendor lines were on hand for the show, and that dealers were ordering at a “hectic pace” due to show day-only prices marked at their lowest of the year.
