Official Grow Boating Web site launched
CHICAGO – A new dedicated Web site has been introduced for the marine industry’s Grow Boating Initiative at www.GrowBoating.org, the National Marine Manufacturers Association reported in a statement today.
“Growboating.org will be one of our primary tools to communicate vital information to all segments of our industry,” said NMMA Vice President of Marketing and Communications Carl Blackwell. “Currently, visitors can track the industry’s progress toward reaching its goal of raising $2 million [by February 1, 2005] for the Start Up Fund, and we’ve made it easy to participate by providing the opportunity to contribute online.”
The new Grow Boating site will include the latest news on the Initiative and updates on the program’s five task forces: Marketing & Communications, Sales & Service, Standards & Quality, Sales Statistics and Funding.
