Ellett Brothers’ marine show deemed a success
CHAPIN, S.C. – Ellett Brothers, Inc. of Chapin, S.C., recently hosted its first Marine Warehouse Showcase Sale, which was attended by more than 200 dealers and 150 vendors, exceeding organizers’ expectations, Ellett said in a recent press release.
The three-day event began Oct. 21 with dealer seminars from Teleflex Marine and Sierra parts, and continued through Oct. 23.
The seminars, which were attended by 37 businesses, focused on new items, product advantage, warranties and how to use charts and find information in the book.
“The excitement generated during the event will propel Ellett Brothers Marine into the 2005 season with a steady foothold as an industry leader,” said Hewitt Grant, CEO of Ellett Brothers. “The show far exceeded expectations for both the company and our dealers. The show attracted dealers from as far as Alaska, Idaho, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and New Jersey. It provided the opportunity for our associates to get know our customers and better understand their needs.”
