Island Packet Yachts presents dealer awards
ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Island Packet Yachts recently presented Opal Marine of Chichester, Sussex, England with its “Dealer of the Year” award, marking the first time that an overseas dealer has been so honored, the company said in a press release yesterday.
Citing hard work, improved product recognition in Europe, and the weaker American dollar, Bill Bolin, Island Packet’s VP of Sales and Marketing, made the presentation to Bob and Caroline Stokes of Opal Marine, who traveled to the United States to accept the award.
The company also distributed its “Gold Star Dealer” awards, signifying outstanding sales and customer service. They were presented to Gratitude Yachting Center of Annapolis, Md., Island Yachting Centre of Palmetto, Fla., Turner Marine of Mobile, Ala. and Bon Yachts of The Netherlands.
