Gem Products enhances online service
ORANGE PARK, Fla. – Gem Products, a marine industry manufacturer and distributor of stainless steel products, has implemented a new online ordering system to deal with increased demand, the company said in a release yesterday.
The new ordering system has created new sales opportunities, helped the sales process and allowed repeat customers to use the company’s Web site – www.gemlux.com – to look for a specific product, then call GEM directly to order, the company reported.
“The new online ordering system has truly taken our business to another level,” said Matt Bridgewater, president of GEM Products. “We’ve received great feedback from boat owners pleased with the convenience we now provide in offering stainless steel marine hardware with the click of a button.”
The company has also introduced a new logo and begun an overall brand strategy to better demonstrate the existing quality of the GEM product, the company said.
