BoatTraderOnline.com partners with fishing Web sites
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – BoatTraderOnline.com has partnered with Fishing.com and Flyfishing.com and will integrate its buy and sell classifieds into each site’s “Boats for Sale” sections, the company said in a release today.
Owned by Intellistrand, Fishing.com and Flyfishing.com aim to deliver more industry-related content to the consumer and broaden their visitor reach, BoatTraderOnline.com reported.
“Our affiliation with Fishing.com and Flyfishing.com helps BoatTraderOnline.com to continue to brand our image and reach more boating and fishing enthusiasts,” said Rob Meredith, business development manager of BoatTraderOnline.com. “In turn, we’re providing their customers a powerful resource to buy or sell a new or used boat.”
BoatTraderOnline.com will also sponsor the Newport International Boat Show, to be held in downtown Newport, R.I. from Sept. 16-19. The company said it is hosting its classifieds on the Newport International Boat Show’s Web site and will be exhibiting at the show.
“Our partnership with the Newport International Boat Show enables us to reach a large and targeted audience of people interested in buying and selling boats,” Meredith said. “In turn, we’re providing the Newport International Boat Show a valuable service. Boating enthusiasts will have the opportunity to research prices on our site while they are shopping for a boat at the show.”
