METS exhibition space sells out

AMSTERDAM – Every available square meter has now been reserved for the 17th Marine Equipment Trade Show to be held in the Amsterdam RAI Nov. 16-18, according to a release from show organizers today.

With a record 914 exhibitors scheduled to be on hand and over 70 companies on a waiting list, METS officials said things “look very promising” for this year’s show.

“An independent survey has also shown that all market leaders within the segments represented at the show will be present,” organizers wrote in their release. “Their presence once again confirms the prominent global position of the trade show in the leisure marine sector.”

Pre-registration for METS 2004 is now open to visitors. Anyone employed in the leisure marine industry that has not yet received an invitation can register in advance at www.metstrade.com for a free admission ticket.
