Mallory Marine Products to offer new parts and labor warranty

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Mallory Marine Products is now offering a two-year limited warranty covering parts and labor for dealer-installed Mallory Marine products, it reported in a recent statement.

“Customer satisfaction is the key to retaining current boaters and growing our industry”, said Jim Self, product and marketing manager of Mallory Marine. “We now offer a two-year parts and labor warranty covering manufacturing defects in material and workmanship on every product we offer. This new warranty covers any Mallory Marine product installed by a qualified dealer and will be reimbursed at their posted shop labor rates. Franchised dealers and independent repairs shops need the tools to provide quality service without having to absorb the costs related to warranty repairs. This will result in a higher level of customer satisfaction and a better overall boating experience for the end user.”

Mallory Marine, which is a part of the Mr. Gasket Performance Group, Inc., now offers hundreds of products to service ignition, fuel, drive, electrical, cooling, and internal engine systems for all major brands of outboards and stern drives as well as a new complete line of marine lubricants, it reported.
