HLT acquires Eagle Custom Trailers
HUMBOLDT, Iowa – HLT Ltd., manufacturer of Yacht Club Trailers, acquired the manufacturing assets of Eagle Custom Trailers of Wyandotte, Mich., June 1, HLT said in a recent press release.
“The purchase of Eagle Trailers is a wonderful addition and a natural progression. It will enable us to offer to our dealer network and OEM accounts the most complete line of trailers in the industry,” said Rod Harklau, HLT Ltd. vice president. “We are looking forward to forming long business relationships with Eagle dealers.”
Manufacturing of Eagle Trailers will resume soon at the 100,000 sq. ft. facility in Homer, Mich., HLT said.
