BellPort Group begins pre-leasing slips in Mexico
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – BellPort Group, the California-based marina management company, has begun a pre-leasing program for slips at its new Marina Costa Baja project in La Paz, Baja California, the company said in a recent press release.
Marina construction is already underway, with occupancy scheduled for this fall and winter. The new marina will offer 250 slips with concrete docks, a portion of which will be suitable for mega yachts, and a protected, double-basin marina, Bellport Group said.
“Reservations are being taken for almost 250 slips ranging from 30 to 200 feet,” said Richard S. Stevens, president and CEO of BellPort. “This will be a first-class marina with a luxury hotel, a beach club, fuel and guest docks.”
