FORT PIERCE, Fla. — The Fort Pierce City Commission voted 3-2 late Monday night to approve a $1.8-million expansion of the city's downtown marina, according to a brief story today in the Fort Pierce Tribune.
The expansion will provide 2,153 linear feet of additional dock space, the Tribune reported.
The expansion will be paid for with a bond to be paid back with revenues generated by the marina, according to the newspaper.
