Bellingham Marine overhauls Rhode Island yacht club

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Westerly Yacht Club in Westerly, R. I. has replaced its existing docks with Unifloat concrete floating docks designed and supplied by Bellingham Marine as part of a multi-year overhaul project, Bellingham Marine said in a release yesterday.

The new walkways and wood fingers will ensure that members and visitors will no longer have to deal with tipping or sinking wood floats, said Bellingham The marina now has 270 slips for craft from 22 to 45 feet in length.

Other amenities include dinghy docks for boaters assigned to moorings, a fuel dock and pumpout station, according to the company.
