Flagship Marinas expands into marina appraisals
DALLAS – Flagship Marinas LLC has partnered with Kinsale Marina Group, a Dallas-based real estate appraisal company specializing in marina consulting services, including appraisals, feasibility studies, and market analyses, Flagship said in a statement this morning.
“We are very excited over the prospect of partnering with Kinsale Marina Group,” said Gregg Kenney, CMM and president of Flagship Marinas, LLC. “Offering these services will now allow marina operators a direct conduit for marina appraisals and other marina consulting services with no geographical limitation. The scope of these services is worldwide.”
