Montes becomes sole owner of DeAngelo Marine Exhaust
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Robert Montes, who has been the president and part owner of DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, Inc., has purchased the shares of Mike DeAngelo and is now the sole owner of the company.
The men purchased the company as equal partners in July, 2000, but DeAngelo, who has been vice president, will now pursue other interests, the company reported in a statement yesterday.
Montes, 55, holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Nova Southeastern. Prior to joining DeAngelo Marine Exhaust, he worked for Coulter Corp., System One, Sciology and has been a professional consultant.
