Power pedestal manufacturer receives ISO certification
ORRVILLE, Ohio – The Will-Burt Company, manufacturer of Ensign Power Pedestals, Dock Box Power Centers and Dock Lights, has received ISO 9001:2000 certification from BSI Management Systems, Will-Burt reported recently.
Will-Burt, an early adopter of this process-oriented standard, attained its original certification in 1994, the company’s statement reported.
“To continue to compete internationally, updating our Quality Management System to comply with the latest ISO 9001 requirements is critical,” said Jeff Evans, Will-Burt Company president and CEO. “ISO standards are universally accepted, and adherence to the principles and guidelines of ISO 9001:2000 testifies to our commitment to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.”
