Edson Names Pacific Focus Associates as California rep
NEW BEDFORD, Mass. – Edson International, a manufacturer of marine steering systems and accessories, boat davits, radar towers and marine pumps for sail and powerboats, recently announced that it has named Pacific Focus Associates, Inc. to represent its marine division in California.
Pacific Focus partners Rusty Rutherford and Stan Susman will share the representation duties, calling on Edson’s Authorized Dealer & Service Center network in their territory, as well as opening new outlets for Edson gear, the company said.
“Having Pacific Focus on board will be a huge benefit to Edson,” company president Will Keene said. “Stan and Rusty share our vision for the future and we look forward to working with them in growing the Edson product line on the West Coast.”
The release said that Rutherford and Susman’s expertise in representing technically oriented marine hardware companies was a major factor in their being chosen to represent Edson. Both are active sailors and boaters and have spent many successful years representing notable marine businesses such as Ritchie, Gill, Interlux, New England Ropes and Scandvik.
