Exhibit space sold out at 2004 Yacht & Brokerage Show

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – The more than 1.2 million square feet of exhibit space that makes up the footprint of the 2004 Yacht & Brokerage Show is sold out, with more than 50 yachts on a waiting list, the show’s producers reported in a recent statement.

The 16th annual international show, February 12 – 16, 2004 along the Indian Creek Waterway and Collins Avenue on Miami Beach, will feature more than three-quarters-of-a-billion dollars’ worth of yachts ranging in size from 40 feet up to 150 feet, according to Yachting Promotions, the show’s producer.

After the highly successful Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, producers of the Yacht & Brokerage Show said they are anticipating big crowds and big sales.

“Right now big ticket items, including large luxury yachts, are in strong demand and selling,” said Andrew Doole, vice president of Yachting Promotions, Inc. “The strengthening economy and positive economic outlook is certainly helping to fuel the growth in the luxury yacht sector.”

The Indian Creek Waterway will showcase over 500 yachts including superyachts, express cruisers, sportfishing boats, family cruisers and ocean-going trawlers ranging in price from $250,000 to over $20 million, reported producers.

The Yacht & Brokerage Show is sponsored by KeyBank USA and INAMAR Recreational Marine Insurance. The show is owned and sponsored by the Florida Yacht Brokers Association and Yachting Promotions, Inc.
