Marinas International selects Kenton Smith

ORLANDO, Fla. – Marinas International of Dallas, Texas, which owns and operates 16 marinas throughout the United States, has appointed Kenton Smith Advertising & Public Relations, Inc. as its official advertising agency of record, the agency reported in a statement Tuesday.

In this capacity, Kenton Smith will handle a variety of marketing programs for Marinas International including strategic planning, Web site design and development for a major retail initiative, print and broadcast advertising, media, PR and promotions, direct marketing, collateral development and marketing research, according to the company.

“As our operations have continued to expand, we sought to find a strong and sizable full-service advertising agency with specific marine industry experience,” said Mark Stafford, operations manager of Marinas International. “Kenton Smith is highly respected and very well entrenched in the marine industry and is perfectly suited to handle the broad mix of our overall marketing requirements.”
