MarineMax and iboats.com partner up
CLEARWATER, Fla. — Florida-based MarineMax (NYSE: HZO) today reported that after having completed a three-month test with iboats, inc., it has signed an agreement to list the complete MarineMax used and brokered boat inventory on iboats.com and across over 1,000 other boating-related Web sites in the iboats network.
“We have seen the emergence of the Internet as an extremely powerful pillar in our overall business structure,” said Jeff Scherer, e-business manager at MarineMax Inc. “Our relationship with iboats certainly bolsters our web presence and helps us provide the information that our customers request in a seamless, and prompt fashion.”
